Purchases and Returns

Payment Information:
We currently accept multiple forms of payment in either Visa or MasterCard directly and we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via Paypal.com! However due to delays in payments and also large amounts of returned checks - we no longer accept physical check or money orders as payment.
Shipping:
Shipped orders within the US may take 2-5 (sometimes 7-10) business days from the time of shipment notification to arrival as all orders are currently shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

International customers please note, that it may take approximately 10-14 (sometimes 14-21) business days depending on your location for your items to arrive as all orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages mis-shipped due to outside of US shipments.

For all customers, please note that there may be noted shipping delays during times of holidays, large sales or when we are traveling to horror conventions. We will do the best we can to adhere to this schedule and get your packages out as soon as we can or within the posted dates within any notifications

Shipping rates will vary depending upon your location and also the total weight and package count at the time of your order. Our shipping location originates in Cleveland, Ohio - so depending on your location, the farther you are from our location the longer the shipping times and also higher US Priority Mail rates.
Returns:
If you would like to return your item please be sure that the item is:
For Clothing: Unwashed, Unworn and Unmodified
For Figures: Unopened and Unmodified
For Music/DVDs: Unopened and Unmodified

If you item fits within that description, please Contact Us with your product's discrepancy and we will be able to authorize a return of merchandise for you.

If you have worn, washed, or modified your clothing or if you have unsealed or opened your figures/cds/dvds, we will not be able to accept returns as we will not be able to determine if it was a manufacturer defect or if it was damaged or broken due to misuse. Any special or custom order items (clothing or figures) will not be able to be returned.

We must be notified of all missing or returned items within 5 physical days of the items arrival listed within the US Postal Service. All authorized returns must be returned to the address provided via the return authorization within 30 physical days of its original arrival date to you via the US Postal Service.

When contacting us, please be sure to indicate what you are returning and why. Make sure to let us know what you would like to exchange it to as well. If you have received the wrong item, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us once it has been returned and your replacement has been shipped. If the correct item is being shipped back to be replaced for another item, you may be charged an additional shipping fee in order to send you the new item that you would like in it's place.
Size Charts:
All of our clothing items are manufactured by us directly or purchased directly by other distributors. Each design will be printed on assorted clothing brands and may be of assorted height or length than noted. We will do what we can to list each item as close as we can but we can not guarantee any items exact width or height. Please check with each individual item as to it's estimated sizing.
Special Orders:
Due to the nature of some special order or imported items, we may only be able to offer store credits or like exchanges for these items. These items may include any imported item, any larger sized item or collectible, harder to find and certian pre-order items. Examples would be: Boondock Saints Rosaries, Friday the 13th Nike sneakers, Weapon Props etc.

These special items may include variants or "production flaws" that we are unable to control or correct as we do not directly manufacture these special order items. We are unable to return these items once we receive them so we are only able to offer them as a special order and non-refundable item.

We check all unsealed special order items to ensure that the product is not defective, and depending on the nature of the return we may offer a store credit or exact item exchange - but due to the nature of the special order or imported items, we are not able to offer cash refunds in their place upon returning them.
